Many Bales Intermediate art students were awarded ribbons in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Art contest and their work is on display at The Arts Alliance of Clear Lake (TAACL).
           Two students’ rodeo art will be displayed at the Reliant Stadium when The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo opens.  Magan Cotham won Best of Show and Theresa Albach was a Gold Medal winner. These two students competed and won competing against Westwood, Cline and Windsong.

           Kellee Ramirez and Blake Burdick were also two finalists to Best of Show.
          First place blue ribbons were awarded to Jacob Gill, Dustin Surber, and Reed Roher.
            Second place red ribbons were awarded to Christopher Chicosky, Halle Purdom, Nicole Giles, Cameron Walsh, Gina Fossati, Michael Mendez, Michael Jaime, Kate Dannemiller, Gabby Lee, Brittany Morgan, Sevren Lab, Katherine Jones, and Nicholas VanWieren.
             Third place white ribbons were awarded to Courtney Eaton, Emily Rodriguez and Grayson Rabalais.
