The Texas Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association (TISCA) has officially named the All State Swimming and Diving Teams for 2010.
        Swimmers are selected based on the top times from any of the 2009-2010 Texas Interscholastic Swim Coaches Association events, which include the TISCA Zones & Invitationals as well as the District, Regional & State Swimming & Diving Championships.

First Team All State = 1st place to 8th place
Second Team All State = 9th place to 16th place
Honorable Mention = 17th place to 24th place
