News: FJH opens new Toys for Tots program, plan for bigger donations
posted: October 29, 2009

More toys this upcoming holiday season is the wish not for an area boy or girl but an entire campus!
Students at Friendswood Junior High have set their goals high for this year’s Toys for Tots campaign.
Toys for Tots has become a tradition on campus. The program at the junior high collects new, unwrapped toys from now until December 14.

Each classroom at FJH will have its own box for collections. Those donating without children at FJH can drop toys off at the front office.
FJH science teacher Suzanne Humble-Davies is overseeing the project.
“For those starting to make their Wish List for the holidays, please put on a toy or two for Toys for Tots,” Davies said. “Many people can have much nicer holidays thanks to the many donations we hope to receive.”
