Friendswood ISD Education Foundation is creating their annual fundraiser in a venue that will let Foundation supporters have a one-of-a-kind Valentine celebration and support FISD at the same time.
           The Saturday, February 13, 2010 event will be held at the swank Hotel ZaZa which has become a hit in celebrity circles according to a recent story in the Houston Chronicle.

           Some of the celebrities who have chosen the hotel include: Kid Rock, Sharon Osbourne, Claire Danes, Motley Crue’s Vince Neil and Gloria Estefan. The hotel overlooks Hermann Park and oak lined South Main and was formerly known as The Warwick.
           According to event chairs CiCi Newkirk and Lesley DiBello, “We just want everyone to save this date and plan to celebrate Valentine Day at Hotel ZaZa and support Friendswood Education Foundation at the same time.  We chose Luv Ya Blue to build on our successful True Blue theme last year.  We will focus on auction items that will make great Valentine gifts for husbands, wives, children, grandparents, and significant others. We also promise to make it an exciting and glamorous evening that everyone who attends will remember.”
