Awards were brought home by Business Professionals of America students from FHS.  They competed on Saturday, January 29 at Dobie High School in the Regional contest.
    Alex de la Fuente won second place in the category of Fundamental Accounting.
    First place was given to Heather Cumming in Payroll Accounting.
    Christina Peck  also won first place in Database.
    Kelsey Young was awarded second palce in Fundamental Spreadsheet Applications.
    Avery Moore received second place in Fundamental Word Processing Skills.
    Teighlor Smith was in second place in Advanced Word Processing Skills.
    Christina Peck and Heather Cumming also took "open" test and both placed.
    These students will move on to the State competition in March. Sponsor is Lisa Sargent.
