Friendswood High School Varsity Color Guard placed first in the Open Class division of the Cypress Falls Color Guard Show on Saturday, January 23, 2011. 
    JV finished third competing with all Varsity units in AA division.
    Junior High placed first in the Cadet Class. Each group had the highest “first” score of the year and they are looking forward to a great season.
    The Guards would like to thank the parents, the band directors and administration for supporting their  efforts and send special thanks to Bales Intermediate for being their home away from home.
