Distributive Education Club of America members at FHS competed in their district meet recently and as a result, six members will advance to State this month.
The district winners that attend state in February include two teams, Aly Olmstead and Kyle Swann and Alanna Svay and Jade Bailey who will compete in the category Travel & Tourism Team Decision Making; and Ashley and Amber Pfund who will compete in Financial Team Decision Making.
Alternates to state include Francisco Rodriguez, second alternate in Hotel & Lodging Management; Bianca Saldana, first alternate in Retail Merchandising; and Habib Qurashi & Chris Haddad, second alternates in Sport and Entertainment Team Decision Making.
