FHS students competed in several categories at the Third Annual Pearland High School Film Festival recently. Categories entered included short film, news segment, commercial, Public Service Announcements (PSAs) and music video.
          This year's festival received 40 entries from FHS, Pearland HS and Dawson HS. Laura McClellan and Trent Henley of PHS are the organizers of the event.
          AV Production students took home some hardware from the festival.
          In Short Film, first place was presented to Bridget Landis for Twins.
          In Short Film, second Place was awarded to Hailey Lutz and Frances Moody for Mean Girls Finish Last.
          Colleen Owen received first place in News Segment for her FHS Stadium Construction. Kristen Davis and Jenna Doane received second place for their Energy Drinks.
