To hold the event that provides funding for a variety of items on the campus’ wish list, many committees work for months preparing the event that families in the area look forward to attending.
The Concessions Committee is under the direction of Chairs Theresa Crosby and Darla Winters with members Todd Winters, Michele Gest, and Monette Bright.
The Auction Committee includes chairs Alan and Beth Stanfield and members Michele Klump, Kari Gwaltney, Joy Blair, Kerry Harris, Melissa Cooney, Johnna Lund, Tiffany Shavlan, and Brooke Saldana.
The Basket committee has chairs Lisa Alexander and Coni Carter with members Carrie Adkins, Kristi Robinson, Sharon Gaspard, Doreen Dixon, and Tracie DiVirgilio.
Lisa Cowie heads up the Promotions Committee.
The Administrative Committee was run by Christiane Davis, Jill Carver, and Carrie Meador.
First Aid Committee is Belle Davis.
Decorating Committee members are Teresa Rudell, Robbin Salinas, Terrie Dobard, and Stephanie Hamilton.
Entertainment is under the direction of Liz McCabe.
The Games Committee members are Lisa Nickerson chair, Michelle Kallesen, Nishi St. John, and Carrie Keathley.
General Store Committee members are Shannon Permenter, Felicia Elizondo and Merri Morales.
The Disney Raffle Trip Committee members are Donna Gilbreath and Tammy Lewis.
Set up/Clean up Committee members are Klye Chaning, Jay Permenter, Greg Banfield, Rex Baggett and Henry Roenne.
Ticket Sales are under the direction of Nancy Glaze and Tracie DiVirgilio.
T-shirts are under the direction of Melanie Smith and Rachel Boone.
Volunteers Committee are under the direction of Debbie Berkenmeirer and Amy Russo. |
