Teagan Batts, FHS UIL One Act Play Cast member, was named to UIL Elite 100. In celebration of its centennial anniversary the University Interscholastic League will host the Elite 100 Conference, June 14-16, 2009.

It will be an opportunity for the best and brightest students across Texas to come together and set the tone for interscholastic activities in the next century.

The Elite 100 is a three-day leadership conference, held on the University of Texas campus, for 100 students who participate in interscholastic activities and programs through the UIL.

Batts is a two-year member of the UIL One Act Play Company and played the role of Mrs. Joe in this year's State Championship AAAA One Act Play, Great Expectations.
