- College & Career Planning
- Students interested in reviewing information
about colleges, college majors, housing, campus visits, requirements,
costs, etc may check out information from the Career Support
Center, or they may meet with Mrs. Mulder or their own guidance
counselor to review information individually. College applications
and financial aid applications are available to students as well.
Those needing assistance with these forms may request and appointment
with Mrs. Mulder.

- Scholarship
and Financial Aid Information
- The Career Support Center disseminates scholarship
information on campus. We receive information from hundreds of
organizations. While most scholarship organizations target juniors
and/or seniors, some are available to younger students as well.
All FHS students are welcome to come by and get familiar with
the scholarship board. We maintain this large board of information
organized by scholarship criteria, amount of the award, and the
due date. Details and full applications are available in a file
cabinet located directly in front of the scholarship board. Students
with questions, or needing assistance may ask for Mrs. Mulder,
Career Tech Director or Mrs. Heintz, the Career Support Center
Assistant.
- ***Many of the scholarships require transcript
copies. Students may order these from the Registrar's office
located next to the Career Support Center
-
- Internships
and Summer Programs
- The Career Support Center regularly receives
information about summer program opportunities, internships,
and part-time employment. Applications are available to interested
students. See Mrs. Mulder or Mrs.Heintz for further details.
