An online Board Book is in place for
FISD providing a basis for better communication with the public.
The new system, BoardDocs, replaces the former method of using
paper-meeting documents.
Electronic distribution not only saves time
and resources, it also provides online public access to information.
Through the website, the public can view
the agenda and the supporting documents prior to each meeting.
All documents associated with the meeting are automatically archived
and can be accessed by meeting date or by using the search feature.
After the meeting, individuals can review the meeting minutes
to see voting results and actions taken.
