About the Librarian

Hello! I am Laura Trellue. I am very excited to be here at Bales. I am a graduate of UHCL and have been in education for 25 years. Wow!! I knew some cavemen - ha ha! When not reading books, I am playing with my three cats or cutting glass. I love to travel and can tell you some stories about digging up fossils in England. One of my biggest thrills was standing in front of Stonehenge. I told you I knew cavemen.

I want everyone to feel happy and at home in the library. If you need a book, I'm your man or woman. My favorite new books are Gregor the Overlander and Cirque du Freak. Of course it is hard to choose just one. Please share with me what you have been reading lately.
