We learned to eat right, get plenty of rest and exercise. Listen to your heart and follow the six pillars of character. Fuel your mind by reading a book, writing a letter, and studying hard. Dennis Lee and the Funky Monkey Bunch taught us to be a super STAR. And remember don't fall flat like the rat (star spelled backwards is RATS) listen and obey, that is the super star way.
