The third grade watched an award winning educational film called “The Power of One”. The film featured three separate stories about being new to a school and the important issue of respect and fairness.   Each story deals with how we treat people that are different than us and about doing the right thing not just following what someone else does because they are popular. The film helped show students how to use their power to do the right thing. Most importantly it really made the students THINK about how they treat each other.
