Please check with your principal to find out when applications are due on campus in order to be evaluated by your site base committee. Grant request will be presented to the Education Foundation Board of Directors.

I have also attached a grant evaluation form for all those who received grants last year. Grant evaluations are required of all grant recipients. Please fill out the evaluation and forward to my attention after your grant has been implemented. Please note that photos, artwork, graphs, etc. of your grant in action are encouraged.
