FHS has a celebrity on its staff. Art teacher as well as artist, illustrator Jenifer Sundrla has been part of the design team for Extreme Makeover Home Edition. The popular tv crew has been part of a home makeover in Kemah. Sundrla was one of thousands wanting to be involved and she was selected.

           The inside scoop is hush-hush until March when the show airs. What we did find out was that she was brought in for one project but when the tv group saw what she could do, she was given a huge amount of creative work. Working closely with host Ty Pennington, Sundrla worked hard and fast. In March we will see the results.
           Sundrla has taught high school art for 12 years.
