The Friendswood High School Lacrosse Program is in its third year and once again the group will host Lacrosse Extravaganza 2010, a varsity game and fundraiser for the organization.
            The game is April 9 at 7 pm at Henry Winston Stadium.
            Last year their raffles earned the group $3000 and as a result, the team was able to buy uniforms and equipment.

           This year the group is asking local businesses and families to donate items for the raffles and their new silent auction that will be held that night. All profits will be donated to the 2010 FHS Lacrosse Team. Auction and Raffle Items
            During Spring Break, the Varsity Lacrosse Team spent nine days away at tournaments in Gulfport, Mississippi and Orlando, Florida.
            The Lacrosse Booster Club moms are now working to make the Lacrosse Extravaganza a success. The community is invited to attend the game at 7 pm to break their record of attendance and to see why lacrosse has become so popular.
