TSA 1TSA students Jon German and Chris Nagala placed second nationally in the Architectural Model category. The two presented a house project.

Tech Bowl members Ben Cuadra, Philip Jablonski, and Jon German placed seventh in Tech Bowl, a contest similar to the television version of Jeopardy!

Ben Cuadra also placed tenth in Extemporaneous Presentation.

More than 5,000 students competed in the national event.

"It was so great to be part of this competition and see the whole FHS team come together, strengthen their leadership skills and network with others interested in the same areas," Zimmerman said. "This event has grown to be international with teams from Germany also competing this year. We are very proud of our members and really ready to start the new school year."

Other competitors included Chris Rountree, Kathryn Wankowski, Billy Burton, Brittney Zimmerman, Will Stewart, Bethany Zimmerman, Daniel McKay and Nathan King.
