Seven students signed letters of intent from Friendswood High School on National Letter of Intent Signing Day Feb. 4. The event was held at 9 am at the Walter Wilson Fieldhouse on campus. Network news coverage as well as local media were on hand to capture the details.

In Soccer, three girls signed. Their coach, Laura Peter was on hand to congratulate them and offer congratulations to their parents.

Casey Regian signed a letter of intent with the University of Dallas.

Delaina McGee signed with the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Hollis St. John signed with Emporia State University.

In Baseball, Alex Anastas signed with the University of Houston. His coach is Charlie Taylor.

In Football, Austin Fitzpatrick signed with the University of North Texas. Jacob Karam signed with Texas Tech and Andre Gautreaux signed with Rice University. Steve VanMeter is the Head Football Coach.

Parents, siblings, grandparents, and coaches joined the students signing. Refreshments were served.
