      CRITERIA: qualified students who are enrolled or planning attend an accredited  college or university during the Spring 2009 or Fall 2009 term or full-year 2009-2010, a US citizen or permanent resident with a minimum 2.5 GPA.  Students applying are required to complete a 50 to 200 word essay about who has had the greatest impact on your life, and a 50 to 200-word essay on what you hope to achieve in your personal and professional life after completing college.
