ELIGIBILITY: SENIORS
CRITERIA: demonstrate financial need, U.S. citizen or permanent resident; Black or African American, demonstrate academic achievement, leadership ability, participate in community service activities.

#13 GATES MILLENNIUM SCHOLARS
ELIGIBILITY: SENIOR
CRITERIA: African/American, American Indian/Alaska Native, Asian Pacific
Islander American or Hispanic American, US citizen, min. 3.3 GPA, demonstrate
leadership, complete FAFSA and meet Pell criteria, and have forms completed.
