May 8, Thursday during lunch: The caps and gowns will be issued at lunch
on this date. If you have not ordered your cap & gown, please
do so promptly. The forms are in Principal Griffon's office.
The cost of the cap and gown is $31.50 (tax included). This amount
is due when the order for the cap and gown is placed. This amount
covers a souvenir cap and tassel in addition to the rented gown.
Additional tassels are $9.00 each. Honor Cords can be purchased
on May 8, when you pick up your cap and gown, for $9.00.

**Blue and White honor cords for honor graduates
will be available for purchase after the top 10% of the senior
class has been announced. The same will apply for the hoods for
the Valedictorian and the Salutatorian.
May 14, Wednesday:
Rehearsal for the Baccalaureate will be held in the Auditorium
during an assembly schedule. All seniors must be present if they
plan to participate at Baccalaureate.
May 18, Sunday:
Baccalaureate will begin at 2:30 p.m. in the Auditorium. Seniors
should report to the Girls Gym at 1:30 p.m. for the 2008 Class
and Twelve (12) Year Senior pictures.
May 22, Thursday:
Rehearsal for the commencement exercises will be held in the
Auditorium during an assembly schedule. All seniors must be present
if they plan to participate in the commencement exercises. This
is a very important date; please mark it on your calendar today.
DO NOT plan to attend college orientation on this date.
May 28, Wednesday 7:45 a.m.: Final graduation rehearsal in the Auditorium.
June 1, Sunday 3:00 p.m.: Commencement exercises -- Seniors should
report to the graduation site by 1:00 p.m. Graduation will be
held at Moody Gardens Convention Center in Galveston.
