*Girls Basketball Tryout Information Sheet

We would like to inform parents of athletes at FJH that our student athletes are covered under an athletic policy purchased by FISD.  The insurance is secondary to whatever other insurance the athlete is covered under.  In order to qualify the student must be injured in a practice or a game associated with an FJH athletic team and have been seen by a doctor.  When these requirements occur please inform Coach Crowell or Coach Holt.  Any questions related to the coverage should be directed to Megan Duncan at Friendswood High School.  You may reach Megan at 281-482-3413 ext.130 or mduncan@fisdk12.net.
