Dear Parents,
We are coming into a busy time of year, with
basketball games, holiday performances and
such. Please make note of the special events
coming your way in the next few weeks.
Week of 12/3
Wednesday - Girls begin their basketball
season vs Lomax. They will play each
Wednesday, beginning at 4:30 pm in the gym.
B team will play first and then A.
Thursday - Boys also begin their season
vs Lomax, but will play each Thursday,
beginning at 4:30. Once again, B team will
play first and then A.
Thursday, 12/6 - Our choir is performing
at the Chamber luncheon.
Friday, 12/7 - Our PTO is hosting a
holiday staff luncheon.
Friday, 12/7 - Cross Country Girls are
having a Fun Run at 6:30 am
Saturday, 12/8 - Cheerleaders will march
in the Christmas Parade.
Week of 12/10
Tuesday, 12/11 - Girls / Boys Cross
Country Zone Meet
Tuesday, 12/11 - School Board Meeting
Thursday, 12/13 - Science Fair - Please
come and view the projects from 5:30 - 6:30
pm in the Boys Gym. Award winners will be
announced at 6:30 pm
Friday, 12/14 - Musical: Rock Around the
Block at 6:30 pm
Saturday, 12/15 - Musical: Rock Around
the Block at 6 pm and 7:30 pm
Sunday, 12/16 - Musical: Rock Around the
Block at 2:30 pm
Week of 12/17
Monday, 12/17 - Winter Band Concert at
FHS, 7:30 pm
Tuesday, 12/18 - Practice TAKS Writing
for all 7th graders
Thursday, 12/20 - Choir Winter Concert at
United Methodist Church, 7 pm
Friday, 12/21 - Early Release at 1:30 pm
