The Wax Museum came to Westwood
this week as Stacey Markley's second graders portrayed the heroes
in history they have been studying. Students selected specific
people or roles to research, then represented those characters
by taking on their persona as fully-costumed wax statues.
Each statue came to life as they
were visited by museum-goers who got to hear a little speech
about their role in history. Most were so still they didn't even
blink at the flash of the character cam; great job, heroes!
