| Spring training
is in full swing in Westwood's third-grade classrooms as our
mathletes prepare for their next big challenge: Math TAKS.
As you may already know, we hit the Reading TAKS out of the ballpark
with a 99% passing rate. But learners like ours don't take an
off season; they are always on deck. Their focus this inning
will be on math, so they've got their baseball caps on and their
bats - or should we say pencils? - in hand, practicing and getting
ready to hit a grand slam and bring home the gold. Hats off to
our third graders and their teachers for an outstanding start
to a successful season! |
