Launch Into Another 40 Years Photographs may be enlarged. Following the faculty meeting on Tuesday afternoon, Westwood teachers found out that teamwork isn't exactly rocket science. With their Response to Intervention (RtI) training behind them and Westwood's 40th birthday just around the corner, staff members were treated to a little boost from administrators - toy rockets for them to launch. And did they ever glide through the friendly skies of the cafeteria. Propelled by the force of a teacher's pull, colorful foam rockets went soaring, paralleling our hopes that Westwood continue to skyrocket in its character building efforts, with its exemplary ratings for reading and math, and in its pursuit of another 40 years of excellence.
